Shipping and Delivery

Any order placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Depending on the carrier, the order will be delivered the next business day after shipping.

For orders under €50,— the shipping costs are €3.95 per order. Orders of €50,— or more are shipped free of charge. The costs of a possible return shipment are for your own account.

Once the order has been received by the carrier, a tracking code will be sent to the email address provided with the order. The order will be delivered to the provided address one time only.

If the order cannot be delivered to the provided address, it will be left with a neighbor or at a pickup point. At a pickup point, the order must be collected within 7 days. If the order is not collected, it will be automatically returned to Cerfola.

Pay

At Cerfola, we prioritize fast, secure, and easy payments in our webshop. We use only reliable payment systems. Purchases can be paid for using iDeal, Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express), and PayPal. Prices listed on cerfola.com include VAT.

Unfortunately, paying by invoice is not available in Cerfola's webshop.

Returns

If the order is incorrect or incomplete, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt via the contact form , via e-mail: info@cerfola.com or WhatsApp: +31 6 42 34 82 44. Even without prior notice, a purchase can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that a fully completed return form is included.

Returning within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days from purchase can be done by completing the return form and including it with your return shipment. This allows us to process the return as quickly as possible. The refund of the purchase amount — excluding any shipping costs incurred — will be issued once we have received the goods in good order or proof of return has been provided.

If one or more products are delivered damaged, this must be reported to Cerfola's customer service within 14 days of receiving the order via the contact form , via e-mail: info@cerfola.com or WhatsApp: +31 6 42 34 82 44.

A return is usually processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt by us. As soon as the return is received by us, an e-mail message will be sent by us to the e-mail address provided with the order. If no message has been received after 5 business days, please contact our customer service via the contact form , via e-mail: info@cerfola.com or WhatsApp: +31 6 42 34 82 44 .

Any free products must be included with the return shipment; otherwise, we will unfortunately not be able to process the return.

If a value set has been purchased, the entire set must be returned to receive the full purchase price back. Individual products from a value set will not be accepted for return.

To ensure that your return shipment reaches us undamaged, please pack the product properly, preferably in the original shipping packaging, and send it with any accompanying documents to:

In case of a return, both the costs and the risk of shipping are at your own expense.

Despite our quality service, Cerfola cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at our warehouse. We therefore advise you to keep the proof of delivery with the track & trace code of the carrier.

My order

Once you have completed the order process, it is important that the payment is also finalized. A confirmation will appear on the screen once the payment is completed. After this, your order will be processed immediately in our system and by the logistics department. At that point, it is no longer possible to add or remove a product.

If it turns out immediately after placing an order that an incorrect product has been ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to ask if the order can still be adjusted. If the payment has been completed correctly and a confirmation appears on the screen, an order confirmation will be sent by email. Refund

If a refund applies, the purchase amount — excluding shipping costs incurred — will usually be credited to the bank account from which the purchase amount was debited within 2 to 4 business days.
